Maintaining a vacation rental requires a strategic balance of responsibility between me, my maintenance team and the homeowner. I care about my homeowners, providing quality service on their behalf so they don’t have to worry and so guests may have our full attention during their rental.

I’m a broker who juggled offices in multiple states, managing agents and a financing division. I worked with construction teams to flip homes and office condos. When I moved to the island full time I wanted to scale down.
