Large deck for outside dining & entertaining. Lower level has a large family room with outside deck, and a 4th bedroom and bath. The yard is wide open with plenty of space to enjoy activities. There is an outside shower to rinse off after the beach. Hilltop Haven rents year round by the night/week/month.
